Jess made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, she explained everything and what was going to happen at the start of each session. She explained the science behind the reasons why you would do certain tasks during therapy and how your brain responds. I didn’t feel as if I was just there to overcome my fear of spiders, it helped me think about the coping techniques that I could apply to other areas in my life.

Jess was conscious that each person is different and that not every technique is going to work the same way for everyone. She put a lot of thought into researching before each session and listening to the feedback at the end so that she could prepare for the next session.

Jess was really caring and I think this helped me relax even more and I got the most out of each session. Jess was able to give me areas to focus on if I ever get into situations that I find challenging and what I can do to focus my mind and logically think about what’s going on rather than being irrational. I can’t thank Jess enough for helping me step away from fears and look at the situation from a prospective that I wasn’t able to before. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of each session.
